This project was an environmentally sensitive roofing project where a large percentage of insulation was reused, and the waterproofing membrane was sent for recycling. This diverted over 751 m3 of materials from landfills. The team at Stem Engineering worked with Maverick and Sons to ensure the Sika Sarnafil Roofing System was the best fit for this school and installed with perfection.
